that people here in Louisiana call CRAWFISH! They are part of the cajun cuisine that everyone looks forward to eating every year from January to July!
We have been servicing customers with crawfish for 15 years! Our #1 goal is to make sure that our customers receive good quality product and are happy with their purchase. We value our customers 100%, because without them, we wouldn’t be in business. All of our crawfish are bought fresh, from many of our local fisherman! We deliver to many restaurants and retail outlets here in the New Orleans area. Don’t live close enough for us to deliver? No worries!
